Fresh Green Detox Juice

Ingredients

  • 1/2 green apple
  • 1 small cucumber
  • 7-8 strands lemongrass leaves (1 inch each)
  • 1 inch fresh ginger
  • handful of mint leaves
  • squeeze of lime or lemon
  • 1 cup cold water

Preparation

  1. Add the green apple, cucumber, lemongrass, ginger, mint leaves, and lime or lemon to a blender.

  2. Add 1 cup of cold water and blend until smooth.

  3. Optionally strain the juice or drink it as is.

  4. Enjoy fresh.
