Ingredients

  • 1 medium kiwi
  • 1 cup almond milk or oat milk
  • 1/2 tsp hemp seed
  • 1/2 flaxseed
  • 1 scoop collagen (optional)
  • 1 scoop protein powder (optional)
  • 1 sliced frozen banana
  • 1/2 avocado
  • 1 handful of organic spinach

Preparation

  1. Blend all ingredients together until smooth
