3-Ingredient Dragonfruit Smoothie Bowl
Ingredients
- 3 C frozen watermelon
- 1 C frozen Dragonfruit
- 1 frozen banana
- pinch of salt
Optional add-ins
- 1 TBSP hemp seed
- 1 scoop vanilla protein
Toppings
- kiwi
- unsweetened coconut flakes
- golden flaxseed
Preparation
Place bowls in freezer to chill.
Add all ingredients to a blender and purée until smooth and creamy. No liquid is needed with a high speed blender; if it’s giving you trouble, add a few tablespoons of water at a time.
Pour into chilled bowls and add toppings.
Tips
Use fresh watermelon instead of frozen for a thinner, drinkable smoothie.
