3-Ingredient Dragonfruit Smoothie Bowl

Ingredients

  • 3 C frozen watermelon
  • 1 C frozen Dragonfruit
  • 1 frozen banana
  • pinch of salt

Optional add-ins

  • 1 TBSP hemp seed
  • 1 scoop vanilla protein

Toppings

  • kiwi
  • unsweetened coconut flakes
  • golden flaxseed

Preparation

  1. Place bowls in freezer to chill.

  2. Add all ingredients to a blender and purée until smooth and creamy. No liquid is needed with a high speed blender; if it’s giving you trouble, add a few tablespoons of water at a time.

  3. Pour into chilled bowls and add toppings.

Tips

  1. Use fresh watermelon instead of frozen for a thinner, drinkable smoothie.
