Simple Three-Ingredient Watermelon Smoothie
Ingredients
- 3 C watermelon
- 6 frozen strawberries
- 1 frozen banana
- pinch of salt
Optional add ins
- 1 scoop vanilla protein
- 1 TBSP hemp seed
- 1 tsp beet powder
Preparation
Add all ingredients to a blender; no liquid is needed as the watermelon acts as the liquid.
Blend until super smooth and creamy.
