Simple Three-Ingredient Watermelon Smoothie

Ingredients

  • 3 C watermelon
  • 6 frozen strawberries
  • 1 frozen banana
  • pinch of salt

Optional add ins

  • 1 scoop vanilla protein
  • 1 TBSP hemp seed
  • 1 tsp beet powder

Preparation

  1. Add all ingredients to a blender; no liquid is needed as the watermelon acts as the liquid.

  2. Blend until super smooth and creamy.
