Tropical Morning Bliss Smoothie

Ingredients

  • 1/2 frozen mango
  • 3 slices of frozen pineapple
  • 1/2 small frozen papaya
  • 1/2 cup of frozen strawberries
  • 2 tbsp sunflower seed sauce (optional)
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 pinch of chili powder
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • Salt and pepper

Preparation

  1. In a blender, combine the frozen mango, frozen pineapple slices, frozen papaya, and frozen strawberries.

  2. Blend until you achieve a smooth and creamy consistency. You can adjust the thickness by adding a splash of water or plant-based milk if needed.

  3. If using, add the sunflower seed sauce, lemon juice, chili powder, olive oil, salt, and pepper to the blender.

  4. Blend again to incorporate all the ingredients and create a flavorful and well-combined smoothie.

  5. Taste the smoothie and adjust the seasoning or sweetness if desired.
