Leftover Bacon and Ginger Pasta

Ingredients

  • half an onion
  • a piece of ginger
  • leftover pasta
  • a couple of mini chilies
  • cheese (end of the bag)
  • some bacon
  • parsley

Preparation

  1. Chop the onion, ginger, and chilies.

  2. Sauté the chopped ingredients in a pan until softened.

  3. Add bacon and cook until browned and crispy.

  4. Mix in the leftover pasta and cheese until heated through and combined.

  5. Stir in parsley and serve immediately.
