Pasta with Garlic and Parsley

Ingredients

  • 500 grams pasta shells or bowties
  • 3 tablespoons olive oil
  • 5 cloves garlic, crushed
  • 1/4 cup chopped parsley
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 teaspoon crushed chili

Preparation

  1. In a deep pot, place a generous amount of water. Add a tablespoon of salt and a tablespoon of corn oil. Place the pot on medium heat until the water boils strongly.

  2. Add the pasta. Let the pasta cook for 8 minutes.

  3. In a medium-sized pot, place the oil and garlic. Place the pot on medium heat. Using a wooden spoon, stir the garlic until its aroma rises.

  4. Add the parsley. Drain the pasta and add it directly to the garlic. Add the salt, cinnamon, and pepper. Stir the pasta for a minute until it absorbs the garlic and parsley.

  5. In a wide serving dish, pour the pasta. Sprinkle the cheese and chili on the pasta then serve.
