Garlic and Parsley Pasta
Ingredients
- 500 grams shell pasta or bowtie pasta
- 3 tablespoons olive oil
- 5 cloves crushed garlic
- 1/4 cup chopped parsley
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese
- 1 teaspoon crushed chili
Preparation
In a deep pot, put a generous amount of water. Add a tablespoon of salt and a tablespoon of corn oil. Place the pot on medium heat until the water boils strongly.
Add the pasta. Let the pasta cook for 8 minutes.
In a medium-sized pot, put the oil and garlic. Place the pot on medium heat.
Using a wooden spoon, stir the garlic until its aroma rises.
Add the parsley. Drain the pasta and add it directly to the garlic. Add the salt, cinnamon, and pepper. Stir the pasta for a minute until it absorbs the garlic and parsley.
In a wide serving dish, pour the pasta. Sprinkle the cheese and chili on the pasta then serve.
