Spiced Chicken Kofta Skewers

Ingredients

  • 4 pieces chicken fillet
  • 1 medium onion, quartered
  • 3 cloves garlic
  • 10 sprigs parsley
  • 1 teaspoon coriander
  • 1 teaspoon crushed chili
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs

Preparation

  1. In the meat grinder, grind the chicken, onion, and garlic

  2. Add parsley, coriander, chili, salt, black pepper, and breadcrumbs and mix until ingredients combine

  3. Shape the kofta on skewers or wooden sticks, using two sticks together

  4. Heat a grill pan, wipe it with oil, and grill the kofta until cooked

  5. On a serving plate, place bread loaves, distribute kofta skewers, add onion, parsley, sumac, and lemon slices, and serve hot
