Chicken Puff Pastry Balls
Ingredients
- Puff pastry sheet
- Olive oil, a little
- Onion, cubed
- Garlic clove
- Chicken fillet, cubed
- Carrot, cubed
- Salt
- Black pepper
- Chicken spice
- Turmeric
- Coriander
- Canned corn
Optional
- Mushrooms
Preparation
In a little olive oil, sauté the onion cubes until golden
Add the crushed garlic clove
Add the cubed chicken fillet and cubed carrot, then stir on high heat to prevent drying out
Season with salt, black pepper, chicken spice, turmeric, and coriander
Finally, add the canned corn
Optionally, add mushrooms
Roll out the puff pastry sheet lengthwise and divide it into four sections
Stuff each section with the filling and close randomly
Bake in a pop cake device
Serving
Serve on sweet potato mash, sprinkled with sesame seeds, black seeds, crushed red pepper, dill, and lemon
