Loaded Bacon Avocado Tomato Sandwich
Ingredients
- 2 slices sourdough bread
- Spinach
- 1/2 avocado
- Tomato
- 3 slices Applegate bacon
Preparation
Bake the bacon at 400°F for 15 minutes.
Toast the sourdough bread.
Mash the avocado.
Slice the tomato.
Assemble the sandwich by layering spinach, mashed avocado, sliced tomato, and bacon on the toasted bread.
