Loaded Bacon Avocado Tomato Sandwich

Ingredients

  • 2 slices sourdough bread
  • Spinach
  • 1/2 avocado
  • Tomato
  • 3 slices Applegate bacon

Preparation

  1. Bake the bacon at 400°F for 15 minutes.

  2. Toast the sourdough bread.

  3. Mash the avocado.

  4. Slice the tomato.

  5. Assemble the sandwich by layering spinach, mashed avocado, sliced tomato, and bacon on the toasted bread.
