Pancakes

Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup oats
  • 1/2 cup spelt flour
  • 1 mashed banana
  • 1 tbs coconut sugar
  • 1/2 cup almond milk
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 1/2 tsp baking powder
  • 1/4 tsp baking soda
  • 1 tbs ground flax seeds (optional)

Preparation

  1. Combine banana and wet ingredients

  2. Add to dry ingredients

  3. Cook pancakes

  4. Makes 3 medium pancakes

  5. Served with a side of fruit
