Simple Vanilla Pancakes Made from Scratch

Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup oats
  • 1/2 cup spelt flour
  • 1 mashed banana
  • 1 tablespoon coconut sugar
  • 1/2 cup almond milk
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1 tablespoon ground flax seeds (optional)

Preparation

  1. Combine banana and wet ingredients.

  2. Add to dry ingredients.

  3. Cook pancakes.

  4. This makes 3 medium pancakes.

  5. Serve with a side of fruit.
