Simple Green Smoothie with Avocado and Kale

Ingredients

  • 1 avocado
  • Handful of kale or spinach
  • 1 cup soy or coconut milk (or more for runnier consistency)
  • 3 teaspoons oats
  • 1 teaspoon matcha
  • Handful of mango or 1/4 cup
  • 1/2 teaspoon raw agave

Preparation

  1. Blend all ingredients in a blender until smooth.

  2. Adjust the amount of milk for desired consistency if needed.
