Simple Green Smoothie with Avocado and Kale
Ingredients
- 1 avocado
- Handful of kale or spinach
- 1 cup soy or coconut milk (or more for runnier consistency)
- 3 teaspoons oats
- 1 teaspoon matcha
- Handful of mango or 1/4 cup
- 1/2 teaspoon raw agave
Preparation
Blend all ingredients in a blender until smooth.
Adjust the amount of milk for desired consistency if needed.
Serve immediately in glasses.
