Mango Turmeric Smoothie with Oats and Yogurt
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup oats
- 1 mango
- 250g coconut yogurt
- 1/2 teaspoon turmeric powder
- 1 tablespoon honey (optional)
Preparation
Peel and cube the mango.
Combine all ingredients in a blender.
Blend until smooth.
If the mixture is too thick, add water or milk and blend again.
Optionally, use a NutriNinja blender for best results.
