Mango Turmeric Smoothie with Oats and Yogurt

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup oats
  • 1 mango
  • 250g coconut yogurt
  • 1/2 teaspoon turmeric powder
  • 1 tablespoon honey (optional)

Preparation

  1. Peel and cube the mango.

  2. Combine all ingredients in a blender.

  3. Blend until smooth.

  4. If the mixture is too thick, add water or milk and blend again.

  5. Optionally, use a NutriNinja blender for best results.
