Blueberry Oat Smoothie with Healthy Boosters
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup frozen blueberries
- 1/2 cup oats
- 1 banana
- 2 heaped dessert spoons coconut yoghurt
- at least 1 cup cashew milk
Optional boosters
- 1 tsp Maca powder
- 1 tsp lucuma powder
- 1 heaped tbsp pumpkin and chia seeds super protein
Preparation
Blend all ingredients until thick and smooth.
Stir in a little extra cashew milk to thin out if needed.
