Blueberry Oat Smoothie with Healthy Boosters

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup frozen blueberries
  • 1/2 cup oats
  • 1 banana
  • 2 heaped dessert spoons coconut yoghurt
  • at least 1 cup cashew milk

Optional boosters

  • 1 tsp Maca powder
  • 1 tsp lucuma powder
  • 1 heaped tbsp pumpkin and chia seeds super protein

Preparation

  1. Blend all ingredients until thick and smooth.

  2. Stir in a little extra cashew milk to thin out if needed.
