Blackberry Acai Smoothie Bowl with Oats and Chia

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup oats
  • 1 banana
  • 2 figs
  • 10 frozen blackberries
  • 1 tablespoon chia seeds
  • 1 heaped teaspoon acai powder
  • 1 teaspoon lucuma powder
  • at least 200ml cashew milk

Toppings

  • nutty cacao granola
  • caramel choc shot

Preparation

  1. Blend all ingredients in a Nutribullet or similar blender.

  2. Spoon the mixture into a bowl.

  3. Top with nutty cacao granola and caramel choc shot.
