Frozen Berry Acai Bowl with Peanut Protein

Ingredients

  • 1 cup mixed frozen berries
  • 1 pack frozen Acai
  • 1 banana
  • 1 large dessert spoon coconut yoghurt
  • 2 tbsp peanut protein powder
  • 1 tsp Lucuma powder

Toppings

  • granola
  • blueberries
  • cacao-coated mulberries
  • chocolate shot

Preparation

  1. Let the frozen fruit thaw for about 10 minutes.

  2. Add the banana, coconut yoghurt, protein powder, and Lucuma powder to the thawed fruit.

  3. Blend all ingredients together until smooth.

  4. Serve the mixture in a bowl and top with granola, blueberries, cacao-coated mulberries, and chocolate shot.
