Strawberry Avocado Smoothie Bowl

Ingredients

  • 1 banana
  • 1/2 avocado
  • 2 large handfuls of strawberries
  • 1 tsp lucuma powder
  • a splash of cashew milk

Toppings

  • coconut flakes
  • berries
  • granola
  • coconut yoghurt

Preparation

  1. Blend the banana, avocado, strawberries, lucuma powder, and cashew milk together until smooth.

  2. Pour the mixture into a bowl and top with coconut flakes, berries, granola, and coconut yoghurt.
