Ingredients
- 1/2 avocado
- 1 banana
- 2 heaped dessert spoons of coconut yoghurt
- 1 kiwi
- 3 large handfuls of spinach leaves
- 1 heaped tbsp of cashew butter
- A splash of mylk
- Protein powder with baobab
Toppings
- granola
- cashew butter
- blueberries
- kiwi
- 72% dark chocolate
Preparation
Blend the avocado, banana, coconut yoghurt, kiwi, spinach, cashew butter, mylk, and protein powder until smooth and creamy.
Pour the blended mixture into a bowl.
Top with granola, cashew butter, blueberries, kiwi, and dark chocolate.
