Ingredients

  • 1/2 avocado
  • 1 banana
  • 2 heaped dessert spoons of coconut yoghurt
  • 1 kiwi
  • 3 large handfuls of spinach leaves
  • 1 heaped tbsp of cashew butter
  • A splash of mylk
  • Protein powder with baobab

Toppings

  • granola
  • cashew butter
  • blueberries
  • kiwi
  • 72% dark chocolate

Preparation

  1. Blend the avocado, banana, coconut yoghurt, kiwi, spinach, cashew butter, mylk, and protein powder until smooth and creamy.

  2. Pour the blended mixture into a bowl.

  3. Top with granola, cashew butter, blueberries, kiwi, and dark chocolate.
