Banana Caramel Smoothie with Toppings
Ingredients
- 2 bananas
- 1-2 tsp carob
- 1-2 tsp mesquite
Toppings
- a drizzle of nut butter (cashew, brazil, and coconut mix)
- blueberries
- chopped hazelnuts
- chopped tiger nuts
- shredded coconut
- cacao nibs
- sliced banana
- seeds (chia and golden flax)
Preparation
Blend the bananas, carob, and mesquite until smooth.
Optional serving
Serve as is or in a bowl with desired toppings.
