Banana Caramel Smoothie with Toppings

Ingredients

  • 2 bananas
  • 1-2 tsp carob
  • 1-2 tsp mesquite

Toppings

  • a drizzle of nut butter (cashew, brazil, and coconut mix)
  • blueberries
  • chopped hazelnuts
  • chopped tiger nuts
  • shredded coconut
  • cacao nibs
  • sliced banana
  • seeds (chia and golden flax)

Preparation

  1. Blend the bananas, carob, and mesquite until smooth.

Optional serving

  1. Serve as is or in a bowl with desired toppings.
