Max's Protein Oats Breakfast

Ingredients

  • 1 cup gluten-free oats
  • filtered water
  • protein powder
  • nut or seed butter
  • nut milk
  • chia seeds
  • flax seeds
  • goji berries
  • coconut
  • blueberries
  • 1/2 banana
  • raw honey

Preparation

  1. Cook 1 cup of gluten-free oats in the microwave with filtered water.

  2. Add your favorite protein powder.

  3. Add a scoop of nut or seed butter.

  4. Add nut milk to desired creaminess.

  5. Top with superfoods like chia seeds, flax seeds, goji berries, coconut, blueberries, and half a banana.

  6. Drizzle with raw honey.
