Overnight Oats with Zucchini and Fresh Fruits

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup gluten-free oats
  • 1 tbsp chia seeds
  • 1/3 cup zucchini
  • 1 cup nut milk

Toppings

  • banana
  • strawberry
  • blueberry
  • mango
  • hemp seeds
  • pecan butter

Preparation

  1. Prepare zucchini by steaming, freezing, chopping or smashing it in advance if needed.

  2. Combine all ingredients from the 'Ingredients' section in a bowl and soak overnight.
