Overnight Oats with Zucchini and Fresh Fruits
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup gluten-free oats
- 1 tbsp chia seeds
- 1/3 cup zucchini
- 1 cup nut milk
Toppings
- banana
- strawberry
- blueberry
- mango
- hemp seeds
- pecan butter
Preparation
Prepare zucchini by steaming, freezing, chopping or smashing it in advance if needed.
Combine all ingredients from the 'Ingredients' section in a bowl and soak overnight.
In the morning, add the toppings and enjoy.
