Overnight Oats with Zucchini and Chia Seeds

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup gluten free oat
  • 1 tbsp chia seeds
  • 1/2 cup frozen zucchini
  • 1 cup nut milk

Toppings

  • Carmalized ?
  • berries
  • hemp seeds
  • walnuts
  • pecan butter

Preparation

  1. Soak the ingredients overnight.

  2. Cut up the zucchini after it softens.

  3. In the morning, heat it up or eat it cold.

  4. Add the toppings before serving.
