Overnight Oats with Chia Seeds and Fruit
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup gluten-free oats
- 1 tablespoon chia seeds
- 1 cup nut milk
- 1 dash cinnamon
Toppings
- banana
- frozen blueberries
- nut butter
Preparation
Mix the oats, chia seeds, nut milk, and cinnamon together in a container and refrigerate overnight to soak.
In the morning, add the toppings: banana, frozen blueberries, and nut butter.
Serve the overnight oats cold or heat them up as preferred.
