Overnight Oats with Chia Seeds and Fruit

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup gluten-free oats
  • 1 tablespoon chia seeds
  • 1 cup nut milk
  • 1 dash cinnamon

Toppings

  • banana
  • frozen blueberries
  • nut butter

Preparation

  1. Mix the oats, chia seeds, nut milk, and cinnamon together in a container and refrigerate overnight to soak.

  2. In the morning, add the toppings: banana, frozen blueberries, and nut butter.

  3. Serve the overnight oats cold or heat them up as preferred.
