Overnight Oats with Caramelized Bananas
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup gluten free oat
- 1 tbsp chia seeds
- 1/2 cup frozen zucchini
- 1 cup nut milk
Toppings
- Caramelized banana
- frozen wild blueberries
- peanut butter
- hemp seeds
Preparation
Soak the ingredients overnight.
After soaking, cut up the zucchini if it has softened.
In the morning, heat the oats mixture or eat it cold.
Add the toppings before serving.
