Creamy Peanut Butter and Jelly Overnight Oats

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup gluten free oats
  • 1 tbsp chia seeds
  • 1/4 cup frozen zucchini
  • 1 cup homemade cashew milk

Toppings

  • Carmalized Banana
  • peanut butter
  • raspberry
  • chocolate covered chia seeds

Preparation

  1. Soak the ingredients overnight as listed.

  2. Cut up the zucchini after it softens.

  3. In the morning, heat the oatmeal or eat it cold.

  4. Add the toppings before serving.
