PB&J Overnight Oats with Caramelized Bananas

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup gluten free oats
  • 1 tbsp chia seeds
  • 1/4 cup frozen zucchini
  • 1 cup nut milk

Toppings

  • Caramelized bananas
  • peanut butter
  • mashed raspberry
  • chocolate chia seeds

Preparation

  1. Soak the base ingredients overnight.

  2. In the morning, heat it up or eat it cold.

  3. Add the toppings before serving.
