Berry Loaded Cozy Overnight Oats
Ingredients
Base
- 1/2 cup gluten free oats
- 1 tbsp chia seeds
- 1/4 cup frozen zucchini
- 1 cup nut milk
Toppings
- Banana
- Berries
- Almond butter
- Cacao nibs
- Pumpkin seeds
Preparation
Combine the base ingredients in a container and soak overnight.
In the morning, cut up the zucchini after it softens if desired.
Heat the mixture or eat it cold.
Add the toppings before serving.
