Berry Loaded Cozy Overnight Oats

Ingredients

Base

  • 1/2 cup gluten free oats
  • 1 tbsp chia seeds
  • 1/4 cup frozen zucchini
  • 1 cup nut milk

Toppings

  • Banana
  • Berries
  • Almond butter
  • Cacao nibs
  • Pumpkin seeds

Preparation

  1. Combine the base ingredients in a container and soak overnight.

  2. In the morning, cut up the zucchini after it softens if desired.

  3. Heat the mixture or eat it cold.

  4. Add the toppings before serving.
