Creamy and Nutty Overnight Oats

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup gluten free oats
  • 1 tbsp chia seeds
  • 1/4 cup frozen zucchini
  • 1 scoop nut butter of choice
  • 1 cup nut milk

Toppings

  • Banana
  • blueberry
  • @eatnuttzo Keto nut butter
  • flakes
  • @salbachia chia
  • cinnamon
  • pumpkin seeds

Preparation

  1. Shake the mixture well and leave it in the fridge overnight.

  2. In the morning, cut the zucchini if it has softened and you prefer.

  3. Heat it up or eat it cold.

  4. Add desired toppings such as banana, blueberry, nut butter, flakes, chia, cinnamon, and pumpkin seeds.
