Pumpkin Chocolate Chip Overnight Oatmeal
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup gluten free oats
- 1 tbsp chia seeds
- 1/2 tsp pumpkin spice
- 1/4 cup pumpkin purée
- 1 cup nut milk
Toppings
- Caramelized Banana
- dark chocolate chips
- almond butter
- cinnamon
Preparation
Shake the base ingredients in a jar and soak overnight.
In the morning, heat it up or eat it cold.
Add the toppings as desired.
