Golden Milk Overnight Oats
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup gluten free oats
- 1 tbsp chia seeds
- 1/4 cup frozen zucchini
- 1 tsp turmeric
- 1 pinch of black pepper
- cardamom
- 1 cup nut milk
Toppings
- Banana
- Blueberry
- Almond butter
- Flakes
- Pumpkin seeds
Preparation
Soak the mixture of oats, chia seeds, zucchini, turmeric, black pepper, cardamom, and nut milk overnight.
In the morning, cut up the softened zucchini if needed.
Heat the oats or eat them cold.
Add the toppings: banana, blueberry, almond butter, flakes, and pumpkin seeds.
