Cozy Overnight Oats Breakfast

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup gluten-free oats
  • 1 tbsp chia seeds
  • 1/4 cup frozen zucchini
  • 1 cup nut milk
  • Optional: dashes of cinnamon
  • Optional: 1 tbsp honey

Toppings

  • Banana (for caramelizing)
  • Raspberries
  • Almond cashew butter
  • Chia seeds (optional)

Preparation

  1. Combine all ingredients from the 'Ingredients' list in a bowl or jar, stir well, cover, and refrigerate overnight.

  2. In the morning, remove from the refrigerator and choose to eat cold or heat it up as desired.

  3. For the caramelized banana topping, slice a banana and cook in a pan with butter and sugar over medium heat until golden and caramelized

  4. Top the oats with caramelized banana, fresh raspberries, almond cashew butter, and additional chia seeds if desired.
