Double PB&J Overnight Oats with Caramelized Banana
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup gluten free oats
- 1 tbsp chia seeds
- 1 tbsp peanut butter
- 1/4 cup frozen zucchini
- 1 cup nut milk
Toppings
- Caramelized Banana
- a few mashed raspberries
- more peanut butter
- chocolate covered chia seeds
- pistachios
Preparation
Soak the ingredients together overnight.
In the morning, heat the oats or eat them cold.
Add the toppings before serving.
