Double PB&J Overnight Oats with Caramelized Banana

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup gluten free oats
  • 1 tbsp chia seeds
  • 1 tbsp peanut butter
  • 1/4 cup frozen zucchini
  • 1 cup nut milk

Toppings

  • Caramelized Banana
  • a few mashed raspberries
  • more peanut butter
  • chocolate covered chia seeds
  • pistachios

Preparation

  1. Soak the ingredients together overnight.

  2. In the morning, heat the oats or eat them cold.

  3. Add the toppings before serving.
