Overnight Oats with Caramelized Banana
Ingredients
Base
- 1/2 cup gluten free oats
- 1 tbsp chia seeds
- 1/4 cup frozen zucchini
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1 cup nut milk
Toppings
- Caramelized Banana
- frozen blueberry
- almond butter
- walnuts
Preparation
Mix all base ingredients together and soak overnight.
In the morning, heat the mixture or eat it cold as desired.
Prepare caramelized banana: slice banana and cook in a pan with butter and sugar until golden and caramelized.
Add the toppings: caramelized banana, frozen blueberries, almond butter, and walnuts.
