Overnight Oats with Caramelized Banana

Ingredients

Base

  • 1/2 cup gluten free oats
  • 1 tbsp chia seeds
  • 1/4 cup frozen zucchini
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1 cup nut milk

Toppings

  • Caramelized Banana
  • frozen blueberry
  • almond butter
  • walnuts

Preparation

  1. Mix all base ingredients together and soak overnight.

  2. In the morning, heat the mixture or eat it cold as desired.

  3. Prepare caramelized banana: slice banana and cook in a pan with butter and sugar until golden and caramelized.

  4. Add the toppings: caramelized banana, frozen blueberries, almond butter, and walnuts.
