Caramelized Banana Split Oatmeal

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup gluten free oats
  • 1 tbsp chia seeds
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon and a generous pinch of salt
  • 1 cup cashew milk
  • Optional: 1/4 cup chopped or shredded zucchini
  • 1-2 scoops of protein powder

Toppings

  • Caramelized Banana
  • blueberry
  • almond butter
  • yogurt of your choice
  • granola
  • cinnamon

Preparation

  1. Soak the ingredients overnight.

  2. Heat it up or eat it cold in the morning.

  3. Add toppings such as caramelized banana, blueberry, almond butter, yogurt, granola, and cinnamon.
