Creamy Overnight Oats with Favorite Toppings

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup gluten free oats
  • 1 tbsp chia seeds
  • 1/4 cup frozen zucchini
  • 1 cup nut milk

Toppings

  • Banana
  • Blueberry
  • Almond butter
  • Flakes
  • Cinnamon

Preparation

  1. Soak the base ingredients overnight.

  2. After soaking, cut up the zucchini if desired as it softens.
