Overnight Oats with Zucchini and Chia

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup gluten-free oats
  • 1 tbsp chia seeds
  • 1/3 cup steamed and frozen zucchini (chopped or smashed)
  • 1 cup homemade nut milk

Toppings

  • frozen blueberries
  • walnuts
  • hemp seeds
  • bee pollen
  • almond butter

Preparation

  1. Combine the oats, chia seeds, zucchini, and nut milk in a container.

  2. Cover and refrigerate to soak overnight.

  3. In the morning, add the toppings and serve.
