Overnight Oats with Zucchini and Chia
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup gluten-free oats
- 1 tbsp chia seeds
- 1/3 cup steamed and frozen zucchini (chopped or smashed)
- 1 cup homemade nut milk
Toppings
- frozen blueberries
- walnuts
- hemp seeds
- bee pollen
- almond butter
Preparation
Combine the oats, chia seeds, zucchini, and nut milk in a container.
Cover and refrigerate to soak overnight.
In the morning, add the toppings and serve.
