Ingredients

Overnight

  • Gluten-free oats
  • Chopped dates
  • 1 spoon chia seeds
  • Water to cover

Morning additions

  • Splash of pea milk
  • 1/2 grated zucchini
  • Frozen raspberries
  • Almond maca butter
  • Bee pollen

Preparation

  1. In the evening, combine the overnight ingredients in a container and refrigerate overnight

  2. In the morning, add the morning ingredients, stir well, and serve
