- Chopped dates
- 1 spoon chia seeds
- Water to cover
Morning additions
- Splash of pea milk
- 1/2 grated zucchini
- Frozen raspberries
- Almond maca butter
- Bee pollen
Preparation
In the evening, combine the overnight ingredients in a container and refrigerate overnight
In the morning, add the morning ingredients, stir well, and serve
