Ingredients

- 1 spoon chia seeds
- 1 spoon hazelnut Greek yogurt 0%
- 1/3 cup oat milk (e.g., Oatly)
- Chopped dates
- 1 spoon nutrient pure protein (e.g., Superfood Wales)
- Frozen raspberries
Preparation
Combine all ingredients except frozen raspberries in a jar or container.
Top the mixture with frozen raspberries.
