Overnight Salted Caramel Zucchini Oats

Ingredients

  • Gluten-free jumbo oats
  • Chopped dates
  • 1 teaspoon maca
  • Water
  • 1 teaspoon flax

Morning additions

  • Dash of oat milk
  • 1 egg white
  • 1/2 grated zucchini
  • Frozen berries

Preparation
