Overnight Salted Caramel Zucchini Oats
Ingredients
- Gluten-free jumbo oats
- Chopped dates
- 1 teaspoon maca
- Water
- 1 teaspoon flax
Morning additions
- Dash of oat milk
- 1 egg white
- 1/2 grated zucchini
- Frozen berries
- Banana nut spread
- Bee pollen
Preparation
Mix oats, dates, maca, water, and flax together and leave overnight.
In the morning, add oat milk and egg white to the mixture.
Stir in grated zucchini.
Top with frozen berries, banana nut spread, and bee pollen.
