Hazelnut Matcha Oats Bowl
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup gluten-free oats
- Hazelnut milk
- 1/2 tsp matcha
- 2 frozen bananas
- Pinch of salt
- 1 tsp flax
- 1 tsp hazelnut yogurt
Toppings
- Frozen berries
- Hazelnut and berries butter
- Bee pollen
Preparation
Soak the oats in water overnight or for several hours to soften.
Combine the soaked oats with hazelnut milk, matcha, frozen bananas, salt, flax, and hazelnut yogurt in a bowl.
Add the toppings: frozen berries, hazelnut and berries butter, and bee pollen before serving.
