Salted Caramel Overnight Oats
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup gf oats
- 2 chopped dates
- Pinch salt
- 1/2 tsp maca
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon
- 1 tsp milled flax
- Almond milk
Preparation
Leave overnight
Heat for two minutes in the microwave
Add warm raspberries, stewed apples, bee pollen, and creamy almond maca butter
Note: More maca can be used to balance hormones
