Salted Caramel Overnight Oats

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup gf oats
  • 2 chopped dates
  • Pinch salt
  • 1/2 tsp maca
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon
  • 1 tsp milled flax
  • Almond milk

Preparation

  1. Leave overnight

  2. Heat for two minutes in the microwave

  3. Add warm raspberries, stewed apples, bee pollen, and creamy almond maca butter

  4. Note: More maca can be used to balance hormones
