Overnight Turmeric Cauliflower Oats with Egg White

Ingredients

  • Gluten-free oats
  • 1 teaspoon flaxseed
  • 1 teaspoon turmeric
  • 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
  • Chopped dates
  • Pinch of salt
  • Almond milk
  • Water
  • Cooked cauliflower rice
  • 1 egg white
  • Frozen raspberries
  • Fig
  • Turmeric and banana granola

Preparation

  1. Mix gluten-free oats, 1 teaspoon flaxseed, 1 teaspoon turmeric, 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon, chopped dates, pinch of salt, almond milk, and water in a container and refrigerate overnight.

  2. In the morning, add cooked cauliflower rice to the mixture and cook it.

  3. Add 1 egg white 30 seconds before the oats finish cooking for extra thickness and protein.

  4. Top with frozen raspberries, fig, and turmeric and banana granola before serving.
