Overnight Turmeric Cauliflower Oats with Egg White
Ingredients
- Gluten-free oats
- 1 teaspoon flaxseed
- 1 teaspoon turmeric
- 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
- Chopped dates
- Pinch of salt
- Almond milk
- Water
- Cooked cauliflower rice
- 1 egg white
- Frozen raspberries
- Fig
- Turmeric and banana granola
Preparation
Mix gluten-free oats, 1 teaspoon flaxseed, 1 teaspoon turmeric, 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon, chopped dates, pinch of salt, almond milk, and water in a container and refrigerate overnight.
In the morning, add cooked cauliflower rice to the mixture and cook it.
Add 1 egg white 30 seconds before the oats finish cooking for extra thickness and protein.
Top with frozen raspberries, fig, and turmeric and banana granola before serving.
