Cinnamon Date Cauli Oats Made on Hob

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup gluten-free oats (soaked overnight)
  • 1/2 cup frozen cauliflower rice
  • 2 chopped dates
  • 1 tsp milled flax
  • Loads of cinnamon
  • 1 tsp maca
  • Pinch salt
  • 1/2 cup almond milk
  • Blackberry chia jam
  • Almond maca butter
  • Frozen raspberries

Preparation

  1. Soak the oats overnight.

  2. Boil the almond milk on the hob first.

  3. Add the soaked oats, cauliflower rice, chopped dates, milled flax, cinnamon, maca, and salt to the boiling milk.

  4. Cook on the hob until desired consistency is reached.

  5. Top with blackberry chia jam, almond maca butter, and frozen raspberries.

  6. Note: The cauliflower rice adds volume and is better cooked on the hob for this recipe.
