Pumpkin Protein Oats

Ingredients

  • GF oats
  • chopped dates
  • 1 spoon tinned pumpkin purée
  • loads of cinnamon
  • pinch salt
  • pinch ginger
  • 1 egg white
  • splash oat milk

Toppings

  • frozen cherries
  • peanut butter
  • bee pollen

Preparation

  1. Soak GF oats and chopped dates in water overnight.

  2. Add 1 spoon tinned pumpkin purée, loads of cinnamon, pinch of salt, pinch of ginger, 1 egg white, and a splash of oat milk in the morning.

  3. Mix all ingredients together well.

  4. Top with frozen cherries, peanut butter, and bee pollen.
