Pumpkin Protein Oats
Ingredients
- GF oats
- chopped dates
- 1 spoon tinned pumpkin purée
- loads of cinnamon
- pinch salt
- pinch ginger
- 1 egg white
- splash oat milk
Toppings
- frozen cherries
- peanut butter
- bee pollen
Preparation
Soak GF oats and chopped dates in water overnight.
Add 1 spoon tinned pumpkin purée, loads of cinnamon, pinch of salt, pinch of ginger, 1 egg white, and a splash of oat milk in the morning.
Mix all ingredients together well.
Top with frozen cherries, peanut butter, and bee pollen.
