Ingredients
- 1/2 cup quick oats
- 1 tbsp chia seeds
- Pinch of cinnamon
- Pinch of ginger
- Pinch of salt
- 1-2 dates diced
- 3/4 cup hot water

Preparation
Add all ingredients to a bowl and stir to fully combine.
