Vegan Chia Seed Pudding with Dragon Fruit

Ingredients

  • 3 teaspoons chia seeds
  • 1 teaspoon maple syrup
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla powder
  • 1 1/4 cups nut milk

Toppings

  • mango
  • freeze-dried raspberries
  • pink dragon fruit

Preparation

  1. Combine chia seeds, maple syrup, vanilla powder, and nut milk in a container.

  2. Give a few gentle shakes.

  3. Refrigerate for about 10 minutes.

  4. Shake again to prevent chia seeds from settling at the bottom.

  5. Prepare toppings by slicing mango and dragon fruit into flower shapes and sprinkling with freeze-dried raspberries.
