Vegan Overnight Chia Pudding
Ingredients
- 1 cup nut milk
- 1/4 cup chia seeds
- Maple syrup or honey for taste
Flavorings and toppings
- 1/2 tsp Vanilla extract
- 1 tsp Matcha
- Fresh mint and vanilla
- Fresh berries
- Star fruits and grapes
- Chocolate and orange
- Coconut yogurt
Preparation
Mix the nut milk, chia seeds, and sweetener together in a bowl.
Refrigerate the mixture overnight to allow it to set and thicken.
Before serving, stir in or top with desired flavorings and toppings.
