Vegan Overnight Chia Pudding

Ingredients

  • 1 cup nut milk
  • 1/4 cup chia seeds
  • Maple syrup or honey for taste

Flavorings and toppings

  • 1/2 tsp Vanilla extract
  • 1 tsp Matcha
  • Fresh mint and vanilla
  • Fresh berries
  • Star fruits and grapes
  • Chocolate and orange
  • Coconut yogurt

Preparation

  1. Mix the nut milk, chia seeds, and sweetener together in a bowl.

  2. Refrigerate the mixture overnight to allow it to set and thicken.

  3. Before serving, stir in or top with desired flavorings and toppings.
