Preparation
Mix chia seeds, maple syrup, vanilla powder, and coconut milk together in a bowl. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours or until set.
Prepare the fruit compote by combining blackberries, black plums, apricots, and mangoes; cook lightly or blend if preferred for raw preparation.
