Creamy Acai Bowl with Fresh Fruits and Superfoods

Ingredients

  • 40g almonds
  • 1 banana
  • 1/2 avocado
  • A handful of blueberries
  • 1 pack frozen acai berries
  • Plant-based milk
  • 1 tsp lucuma powder
  • 1 tsp supervital powder

Toppings

  • Almond butter
  • Blueberries
  • Coconut chips
  • Cacao nibs
  • Banana

Preparation

  1. Soak 40g of almonds in water overnight.

  2. Drain and rinse the almonds the next morning.

  3. Add the almonds, 1 banana, 1/2 avocado, a handful of blueberries, 1 pack frozen acai berries, a good splash of plant-based milk, 1 tsp lucuma powder, and 1 tsp supervital powder to a blender.

  4. Blend together until smooth.

  5. Top with almond butter, blueberries, coconut chips, cacao nibs, and banana.
