Creamy Acai Bowl with Fresh Fruits and Superfoods
Ingredients
- 40g almonds
- 1 banana
- 1/2 avocado
- A handful of blueberries
- 1 pack frozen acai berries
- Plant-based milk
- 1 tsp lucuma powder
- 1 tsp supervital powder
Toppings
- Almond butter
- Blueberries
- Coconut chips
- Cacao nibs
- Banana
Preparation
Soak 40g of almonds in water overnight.
Drain and rinse the almonds the next morning.
Add the almonds, 1 banana, 1/2 avocado, a handful of blueberries, 1 pack frozen acai berries, a good splash of plant-based milk, 1 tsp lucuma powder, and 1 tsp supervital powder to a blender.
Blend together until smooth.
Top with almond butter, blueberries, coconut chips, cacao nibs, and banana.
